In this blog article, I talk about finding inspiration for a healthy lifestyle in the most unlikely of places—the cult movie "This Is Spinal Tap."

I kept the piece lighthearted, in keeping with the mockumentary's silliness and comic spoofing of rock bands and rock films.

But I also argued that "This Is Spinal Tap" contains a hidden message—about living our dreams and pushing ourselves to new heights—that we can all learn from.
